Fully Funded!

This blog post is a little late simply because life is insane right now but I am 100% funded! Which is crazy, amazing, and completely unexpected. If you read some of my last posts you know that finances are what I stressed about and struggled with the most, but already God has shown His faithfulness through providing in such grand ways. In less than a month I was fully funded and even went over my number which is so great because now I can support the rest of my team as well! I want to say a HUGE thanks to every single person that donated and contributed to my trip. All I ask now is that you continue to cover my team and I in prayer and support us in that way as we continue to prepare and go!

Here are some more details for the people who like details, like me!

My flights to and from Atlanta have been booked! I fly out of Des Moines on May 28th at 5:50 am and will be arriving home in Des Moines on July 31st at 4:35 pm! The Atlanta airport is where my teammates and I will meet for the first time, take our first selfie, and will hop into a shuttle that will take us to Gainsville, Georgia. In Gainsville, we will spend a couple of days training and preparing before we hop on a plane to Costa Rica! As I get closer to time I will try to make a much more in-depth, detailed post about everything going on, travel, where I’ll be, and everything anyone could want to know. 

Again, a HUGE thanks to everyone who has supported and a HUGE hallelujah for the ways in which the Lord has provided.
