The trip received its official green light today and I could not be more excited! Ever since I was a little girl I knew that I wanted to do overseas missions, but until now it always felt more like a fantasy than something I could actually do. The confidence, comfort, and stability I feel in my decision to go are absolutely amazing and so encouraging as I prepare. Right now preparing for me looks like fundraising the money necessary to go on this trip, preparing my heart and mind for the journey I’m about to embark on and making sure I am staying up to date on necessary tasks in order to make sure I’m not playing catch up later on down the road. This post will be rather short, but I just want to prepare you for what you’ll be seeing on this blog! As I continue to go through this process you will see posts about:
